Cancellation Policy

Any lesson booked can be canceled within a reasonable time (see below for definitions).

One-to-one Tuition

One-to-one lessons are booked and paid for in blocks of 4.

The determination of reasonable is up to the discretion of the student, but as a general rule, canceling the day before the lesson is considered reasonable by the Tutor. In some emergency circumstances, canceling the morning before an afternoon class can be acceptable.

Any cancellation decided 'at the door' shall be charged as if the lesson had been taken, no matter the reason for cancellation.

The Tutor always reserves the right to put an end to the tuition course if he judges there is evidence of abusive cancellation practices.

Internet Tuition

Internet lessons are booked and paid for individually – one at a time.

The determination of reasonable is up to the discretion of the student, but as a general rule, canceling 3 hours before the lesson is considered reasonable by the Tutor.
